We strive to deliver all the orders placed from herion.com to our customers, but we are sincerely sorry to inform our customers that order confirmations do not necessarily guarantee shipment due to the limited quantities, and are currently working hard on launching our pre-order platform to ensure that we will be able to fulfill every order placed in the future.
UPS U.S. Regular (7 - 10 Business Days) — $15 per item
UPS U.S. Express (2 - 3 Business Days) — $30 per item
DHL International Express Shipping (2 - 3 Business Days) – $50 per item
Since our products are very limited as they are made to order per season, we sincerely apologize ahead of time for any inconveniences that it may cause with your orders. This rarely happens, but keep in mind once we are nearing an end of a season, it will be difficult for us to produce more, so be sure to place your orders when styles are newly released if you really want something!

Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, Hérion 1886 does not accept any returns or refunds at this time with the exception being that there was a fault on our part. We do, however, accept any exchanges under these circumstances, but only within 7 business days of package arrival if you decide to exchange the item for another at the same cost or more, and pay the remainder of the difference.
If you have received an incorrect item in which you did not purchase, received a visibly damaged/faulty piece, please directly contact us at email@example.com IMMEDIATELY after unpackaging the item and provide images for our reference. Be sure to include thorough details about the problem, and images are a must. All incorrect/damaged/faulty items received MUST be reported to us no later than 2 days after package delivery.
Hérion 1886 reserve the rights to deny returns/exchanges if:
1. items have clearly been used
2. tags and packaging has been removed
3. defects not included on original customer inquiry unpackaging photos
4. product arrives our warehouse after the 7 business day timeline
Be sure to contact us with all necessary information prior to shipping any items back to us with your preferred method of shipment, along with the tracking number provided in the event that the package goes missing in transit. Once we have received your item, you will receive an email from us about your pending return/exchange status. Please make sure all returns and exchanges are sent back with all its original tags and packaging, or you may incur a small restocking fee.
